Question: I found a dress in a local bridal shop that I just love, and I’m hoping you will have it at your show for a better price.  Can I send you a picture of the dress, and will you let me know before I come to your sale if you have it, and what your price for the dress would be?


Answer: Those of us here at FABulous Affordable Bridal ANNEX & during a FABulous Affordable Bridal Affair pop-up gown sale event are proud of our inventory, and our exceptional customer service. 


Whether you shop our FABulous Collection during an overnight Pop-up Bridal Gown Sale or at one of our retail locations, we have hundreds of gowns in stock, & over a thousand gowns available for purchase during each event.

Because our inventory changes and rotates so quickly, it’s literally impossible to tell you if a particular gown is in our current inventory, or in our daily changing warehouse.


Question:  Do you have an alteration specialist that can alter my gown if I buy it from the ANNEX location?

Answer:  Yes, we have an amazing seamstresses who have been remaking and recreating wedding dresses for decades!  We are happy to help you schedule your appointment today.

Question:  Can I bring friends to help me shop during your show? 


Answer: Absolutely!  Bring your mom, your best friend, your bridesmaids, ANYONE you’d like! Some of our brides even bring their groom. Please no young children, or babies. There is no where for them to play or relax.


As already mentioned, be sure to bring a guest to help you try on wedding gowns! We are NOT your typical bridal shop and do not have consultants trying to talk you into buying a wedding dress during your visit with FABulous Affordable Bridal ANNEX.


Please Note: Often we have several brides shopping at the same time; sharing a common area dressing room, encouraging each other and providing unbiased opinions to one another! Don't be surprised if you make a new 'best friend' while shopping for the gown of your dreams at a FABulous event! 

Question: Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?

Answer:  FABulous Affordable Bridal does not offer refunds on wedding gowns, bridesmaid, special occasion, or other in-store and online purchases.  However, clothing items may be exchanged within 30 days for store credit with certain restrictions. Items cannot be exchanged for consignment merchandise or for invitations, or other special order items. All gowns are sold 'as is."

Question: Do I need to make an appointment during your sale or for shopping your retail location?


Answer: Great Question and the answer is YES and NO! 
Drop in brides are always welcome to stop and shop for the gown of their dreams. However, scheduling an appointment ensures you will be able to try on gowns. While still a common area dressing room, our new, smaller location can only accommodate three brides trying on dresses at a time. It's fun shopping with other brides-to-be, each swapping their wedding plans and giving their two cents worth on how 'that dress' looks on you! 

Be sure to bring your mom or a friend to help you zip or tie into your dress! We are NOT your typical bridal shop!  

And speaking of the dressing rooms, please wear appropriate under garments for trying on wedding gowns.  No thongs please! We suggest wearing a bikini unless you don't have a shy bone in your body. Sorry, NO food or drink allowed to protect the gowns. 

Question: If I rent a FABulous wedding gown from FABulous Affordable Bridal ANNEX when will I be able to pick it up for my wedding, and how long afterwards do I have to return it?

Answer:  When you rent your wedding dress from FAB'S Annex, it's as though the gown becomes yours forever.  You can take it home the same day you rent it, even if your wedding is weeks, even months away! YES – you can alter a rented wedding gown.  After all, it has to be perfect! You don’t want a train?  Cut it off!  Turn it into tea length, or any length you like. Add or remove sleeves, change a halter-top into a strapless, or remove a zipper and add a corset back. YES – it really is YOUR gown! Return it within two weeks after your wedding date for refund of your security deposit.* *Certain reasonable restrictions apply – complete details available when visiting your nearest FAB location.
